New Items- Pepper Sauce, Pear preserves and Piccalilli Relish

Here at Backyard Garden Creations, we are always looking for suggestions and new ideas of what we can grow and then create for you. We had several requests early in the Spring about pepper sauce and relishes. Next week, we will bring to the markets Cayenne Pepper Sauce and Piccalilli Relish. Piccalilli is the English cousin to Chow Chow. We used our peppers, green tomatoes and herbs to create these new offerings. Pepper sauce, of course, is great on the greens that will be arriving in the Fall. Piccalilli Relish is great on burgers and sandwiches but also goes well with vegetables.
