Tomato Jam

As you can see from the picture below, we are busy turning tomatoes into the delicious and savory tomato jam.
The small batch approach allows us to use our tomatoes during the short "summer window" to produce just enough for us to enjoy and share with others. After the summer season, we'll begin the transition towards other fall crops. Presently though, it's important for us to create a supply so we can fulfill your orders now and in the future.
Both markets in Monticello and Forsyth were outstanding.
We sold out of both of our breads- zucchini bread and applesauce fig bread. We'll have more supply for you next week for sure.
